How to Set Survey Titles for Internal and External Use

To better organize surveys, set separate internal and external survey titles for internal tracking and customer-friendly names.

Internal Survey Title vs. Survey Title

When creating or editing a survey, you'll see the Internal Survey Title field. By default, it matches the Survey Title, but you can modify it as needed.

  • Independent Titles: Once edited, the Internal Survey Title and Survey Title operate independently. Changes to one will not affect the other.

  • Where to Find Each Title:
    ​

    • Internal Survey Title: Visible within your UserEvidence account.

    • Survey Title: Displayed to recipients when they receive the survey.
