How to Send Surveys Using an Open Share Link

Each survey has a unique web link for sharing via email automation tools like Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, or directly with customers.

Capturing the Open Share Link

  1. Access the Surveys tab and select the survey you're working on.

  2. Click Add Recipients in the top-right corner.

  3. Copy the Share Link:

    • Select the Copy Share URL button to copy the survey link to your clipboard.

We recommend combining email campaigns with one-to-one outreach, especially for surveys with fewer than 500 recipients.
