AI-Generated Survey Summary

Survey summaries make it easy to share key insights with internal stakeholders such as Product Management, Customer Success, and Leadership.

What's Included in the Summary

AI Survey Summaries analyze survey responses and organize feedback into the following sections:

  • Introduction

  • Common Themes

  • Positive Feedback

  • Negative Feedback

  • Opportunities for Improvement

  • NPS Score Breakdown

  • Advocacy Participation

  • Multiple Choice Question Summary

  • Single Select Question Summary

  • Conclusion

AI Survey Summaries are not published to Assets or the Research Library. They are saved in the Responses tab (Responses > Select Survey > AI Generated Summaries tab).


Finding a Survey Summary

  1. Access the Responses tab and select the survey you'd like to work with.

  2. Select the AI-Generated Summaries tab to view a list of all previously generated summaries.

  3. Click on a row in the table to open that summary.

Creating a Survey Summary

  1. Access the Responses tab and select the survey you'd like to work with.

  2. Select the AI-Generated Summaries tab.

  3. From the Create New dropdown in the top-right corner, select AI-Generated Summaries.

    • The summary will appear in the table with a Processing status.

    • Summaries typically generate within a few minutes. Larger surveys may take longer.

  4. Refresh the page to update the status. Once complete, it will change to Completed.

Sharing a Survey Summary

  1. Access the Responses tab and select the survey you'd like to work with.

  2. Select the AI-Generated Summaries tab and choose the summary you want to share.

  3. Toggle the Public/Private setting (summaries default to Private).

    • If set to Private, the recipient must log in to UserEvidence to view the summary.

    • If set to Public, no login is required to access the shared link.

  4. Click Share.

  5. Choose one of the following:

    • Copy the URL to share the link.

    • Download the summary as a PDF.
