Creating a Testimonial
Access the Responses tab and select the survey you'd like to work with.
Under the Questions, Testimonials, or Participants tab, locate and select the Testimonial question you'd like to visualize.
– A preview of the testimonials will appear.Click Create Asset to generate the testimonial.
(Optional) Customize your testimonial:
Upload a headshot.
Toggle question visibility or enter a title.
Toggle NPS visibility.
Edit the description text (avoid changing the quote's sentiment or meaning).
When you're ready, click Publish Asset to Library to save and share your testimonial.
UserEvidence will anonymize testimonials for respondents who prefer not to be named.
