What Are User Facts?
User Facts are assets generated from multiple-choice question responses within a survey. They make it easy to convert structured customer feedback into concise, visual facts you can publish and use across your marketing and sales channels.
How to Create a User Fact
Access the Responses tab and select the survey you'd like to work with
From the left sidebar, select Respondents
Choose a respondent and click View All Responses
Locate a multiple-choice question response and select Create UserFact
A new tab will open with the asset creation page. The User Fact will automatically populate based on that respondent’s answer. For multiple-choice ‘Choose Many’ questions, you can select or deselect specific answer values to include in the User Fact.
Just like testimonials, you can:
Edit the fact text
Enable headshot upload
Show or hide NPS
Add tags or classifiers
When you're ready, select Publish to finalize the asset.
