Overview
When a respondent answers a testimonial question, their initial response is evaluated for depth and specificity. If the response is too brief or lacks detail, AI Assist will generate a contextual follow-up question directly below their answer. The respondent can either provide additional detail or skip the follow-up entirely. If they choose to elaborate, their original response and follow-up are combined into a single, cohesive answer in your results.

Toggle AI Assist on or off for that testimonial question
When to Use AI Assist
AI Assist is especially useful when you want responses that go beyond surface-level feedback. Common use cases include:
Collecting customer testimonials that are ready to publish
Gathering quantified results (e.g., time saved, ROI, efficiency gains)
Improving the quality of responses in post-implementation or NPS follow-up surveys
Supporting marketing and product marketing teams with stronger proof points
Current Limitations
Only applies to testimonial questions
NPS and multiple-choice questions are not supported
One follow-up question per response (no multi-step conversation)
