AI Survey Importer

Upload a Word doc and have your questions automatically extracted and imported into the survey editor, powered by AI. Supports all major question types including NPS, multiple choice, sliders, and testimonials.

AI Assist - Response Enrichment

AI Assist is a survey feature that helps respondents give better answers. When someone submits a brief response, AI Assist asks a smart, contextual follow-up question — like "Can you share roughly how much time that saves your team?" — so the final response contains the detail needed to become a publishable testimonial, stat, or case study quote.

Note: Respondents can always skip, and UE admins control which surveys it applies to.

Passthrough Respondents

Send surveys to known contacts via a direct link that skips the pre-survey form entirely. With passthrough parameters, respondents can click your link and land straight in the survey itself. Works with any existing survey — simply enable the feature in the survey builder.

Brand Font Management

Manage your brand font directly in Account Settings. Upload a web font file (regular and bold weights supported) or choose from Google Fonts, preview it, and set it as your brand font — it applies automatically across your Proof Pages and Testimonial themes.

Share Link Landing Page Customization


Customize the text on your survey share link landing page directly in the survey builder and update your messaging anytime.

Duplicate Proof Pages


Duplicate any Proof Page in one click and rename pages directly in the editor. Duplicates start in Draft state so you can customize before publishing. No more rebuilding from scratch to create variations.

Multi-Select for Classifier Questions

Toggle any classifier from single-select to multi-select in the question settings, and optionally set a maximum number of selections (ex: “choose up to 3”). Existing single-select classifiers are unchanged.

Organize Engagements With Tags, Smart Folders, Filters & Bulk-Actions

As your engagements library grows, it can be harder to find what you need. Now admins can create tags, take bulk-actions, create smart folders and easily filter missions to see only what matters.

You can now create two types of folders:

  • Regular Folders for manual organization of engagements

  • Smart Folders with rules that automatically group matching engagements

Ability to Duplicate Engagements

Previously, you had to recreate missions manually, which was time-consuming for recurring tasks. Now, you can easily duplicate any mission and recreate it in just three clicks.

Custom G2 URL for Review Missions

Previously, all review missions were pointing to the same G2 page. Now, you can set your own G2 URL when you create a mission.

Custom Fields on 360° Advocate Profiles

Create custom fields in Settings and assign them directly on advocate profiles. Track lifecycle stage, reference opt-in, do-not-contact status, and more — your own mini-CRM built into your advocacy program.

Custom Fields From CSV Imports

Upload a CSV and map columns to existing fields or create new ones. Use that data to segment advocates and enrich their profiles.

Season Points Progress


Advocates can now track points earned this season in real time and see whether they’re on track for their next loyalty status.

Reset Advocate Points Each Season

Turn on a setting to reset spendable points to zero at the start of each new season, for programs that want points to start fresh rather than carry over.

Event Creation and Timezone Selection

Create events and pick which timezone to use so everyone knows when things are scheduled.

Community Member Directory

Turn your advocacy program into a network. The Member Directory lets community members discover and connect with each other by company, role, and interests. Admins can enable or disable the directory at any time from settings.

Email Triggers

Make sure advocates never miss a moment. Email Triggers notify advocates when key things happen — a post liked, a mention, or activity worth knowing about. A simple but powerful way to pull advocates back in at exactly the right time.

Email Notifications

Community members can now choose which email notifications they want to receive.
