📊 Evidence
Slack bot UX refresh
The UserEvidence Slack bot now returns richer results showing the quote or stat and who said it. Copy the text, share proof directly into a conversation, or export it as a PNG or JPG image to drop into a deck or email. No UserEvidence login or seat needed.
New Asset Library filters: Sharing and Attribution
Two new filters are available in the Asset Library to help you quickly sort through and find the assets you need:
Public/Private: Filter for content that’s publicly published in your Research Library vs. Private for only internal eyes.
Named/Anonymous: Quickly find assets where customers have provided attribution or chosen to remain anonymous.
Proof Recommender (GA)
When a Gong call completes or a Salesforce stage advances, Proof Recommender reads the deal context (e.g., transcript, industry, company size, competitor mentions) and surfaces the most relevant content from your UserEvidence library.
No rep action required. It lands directly in their inbox, Slack, or Salesforce opportunity.
What this means for your team:
Sales spends less time hunting for proof & can follow up with prospects faster
Marketing gets better adoption without having to champion each piece of content
RevOps and Leadership can measure content usage within deals and tie it back to pipeline
🔥 Advocacy
Create new views in Advocate CRM
The Advocate CRM got a full rebuild: custom personal and team views, updated filtering, bulk actions, and a revamped table view. Managing your advocate pool is now faster and more flexible.
Add advocates manually from the Advocate CRM
Hit "Add Advocate" in the CRM, fill in the basics (name, email, company), optionally assign them to segments, and they're in the pool. Useful for one-off additions like a hand-raiser from a webinar, a customer your CSM just closed, a referral from sales.
Advocate impersonation
Super admins can now impersonate an advocate from their profile page (Actions —> Impersonate) to troubleshoot or verify the advocate experience firsthand. Keep in mind - from the eyes of the system, you're logged in as an advocate, so be mindful of the actions you take!
Digital rewards
You can now offer digital rewards alongside physical ones. When creating a reward, choose Physical (ships to the advocate's address) or Digital (delivered via email) — perfect for gift cards, swag codes, or anything that doesn't need a shipping label.
Control reward redemption limits and level-only access
Programs can now cap how often each advocate redeems a specific reward (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, or lifetime). You can also lock rewards to level benefits only so they don't appear in the rewards carousel.
Set USD value for rewards
You can now set a dollar value when creating rewards so you can track spend and stay within your annual budget.
Rich text formatting for reward descriptions
Reward descriptions now support bold, italics, lists, and hyperlinks.
Email members when missions or rewards decline
When admins reject a mission or reward, members now receive an email with the decline reason so they understand what happened and can fix and resubmit if needed.
Self-serve Auth0 SSO setup links
Brand admins can now generate their own Auth0 setup links directly in Integrations and send them to their customer's IT admin — no more manual tickets to get SSO configured.
PeerSpot added to review missions
Advocates can now complete review missions by leaving reviews on Peerspot, alongside existing review destinations like G2, TrustRadius, Capterra, and Gartner.
📞 References
New reference pipeline view
The references hub now has a kanban view alongside the table view. Stages include: Requested, Approvals, Awaiting Advocate, Awaiting Prospect, Booked, Completed, Cancelled, Stalled.
Drag and drop to change status, view program metrics at the top (pending, in pool, calls completed, avg. days to fulfill), and filter by 7/30/90-day windows. Built for teams running reference programs at volume who need to see where things are stuck.
Reschedule and cancel for reference calls
Reference scheduling now works end-to-end for both the prospect and the advocate. Either side can reschedule or cancel from their confirmation without pinging your CSM. Reference request status updates automatically so your pipeline view stays accurate.
🌐 Community
Segment invite links go to sign-up page
New members who clicked segment-specific invite links used to land on a log-in page they couldn't use. Now they go straight to sign-up and automatically join the right segment.
