📊 Evidence

  • Track top-performing assets, spot power users, and prove which content is driving real engagement—across Slack, Seismic, Salesforce, and beyond.

Go to Asset Library → Performance (no setup required) to access the dashboard. You can drill into any asset to see details like downloads, shares, and link activity across channels.

  • Survey Editor UX Refresh

We’ve redesigned the survey editing experience to make creation more intuitive:

    • See survey content, recipients, email settings, and results in one place

    • Faster question editing with one-click adds and arrow-based reordering

    • The ability to edit welcome pages directly in the editor

🔥 Advocacy

Available for customers with UserEvidence Advocacy

  • AI-powered Advocate CRM
Automatically surfaces great-fit customers (and hides anyone who’s burned out) so you can identify advocates quickly.

  • 360° Advocate Profiles

One place to see everything your advocates have done—across surveys, references, and community.

  • Direct Rewards for Missions
Let you instantly thank advocates after a mission (great for surprise-and-delight moments or skipping point systems).

  • Hyperlinks in Survey Missions
Add clickable hyperlinks to survey questions—share docs, videos, or URLs to guide richer responses and actions.

  • Application-Based Segmentation
Automatically create segments from application responses (e.g., products used, expertise, goals).

  • Segmentation for Events
Target events - along with missions, channels, and rewards to specific segments.

📞 References

  • Self-Updating Reference Board

Tracks all reference activity in one place—with automatic updates when meetings happen on Zoom (no more checking Slack, email, or spreadsheets).

  • Updated AI Prompt Configuration
Use plain English to set custom AI matching rules—like excluding advocates who are overused, only showing opted-in users, or prioritizing certain segments in Settings —> References —> AI System Prompt.

🌐 Community

  • Segmentation for Events, Missions, Channels, and Rewards
Personalize experiences across different groups (partners, customers, employees) in the same hub.

  • Community-Only Home Page
When users have no missions or rewards, they’ll land directly in the community feed for a clean, forum-style experience.

  • Rich-Text Editor for Comments
Format replies more easily and enable clearer, more expressive community discussions.

  • ‘Member of the Week’ Spotlight
Highlight standout contributors in your community.
