Top-Level Metrics
At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see a summary of your most important KPIs:
Total Impressions – The total number of times your content, missions, or shared posts have been viewed.
Weekly Active Users – The number of unique advocates who were active in the last 7 days.
Advocacy Value – A dollar estimate of the value your program has generated based on member activities.
Total Members – The total number of advocates currently part of your community.
Engagement % – The percentage of members who have completed an action or participated in your program.
These metrics provide a quick snapshot of program performance at a glance.

This section visualizes how advocates are progressing through mission activity.

Missions Completed
Missions Submitted
This view helps you understand participation trends and how effectively advocates move from mission creation to mission completion over time.
Activity Highlights
Most Recent User Sessions
Shows the latest user logins, including the advocate name and the date/time they accessed the program. This is helpful for monitoring recent engagement.
Top Members
Displays members who have contributed the most to your overall advocacy value. You’ll see each top member alongside their total contribution.
Most Active Users
Shows members who have completed the highest number of missions recently. This helps you identify your most engaged advocates right now.
Members by Segment
This section includes a donut chart and a detailed list of all your member segments.
For each segment, you’ll see:
Segment name
Number of members in that segment
You can use this list to understand where your advocates are grouped and which segments are growing or declining.
Social Posts by Platform
This chart breaks down all social shares completed by your members across different social channels. Below the chart, a table summarizes the number of posts per platform. This section helps you see which social networks your advocates use most often.
Submissions by Mission Type
This donut chart categorizes all mission submissions based on mission type. The table below shows the total number of submissions per mission type. Use this to understand which types of missions drive the most activity.

This section gives you an aggregated view of engagement on social content, including:

These metrics help you measure how far your members’ content is reaching across platforms.
Top Missions by Advocacy Value
This bar chart highlights the missions that have generated the highest advocacy value. Each bar represents a mission along with the total value contributed by member participation.
Use this to identify high-performing missions you may want to replicate or promote more widely.
Recent Community Activity
This table displays the latest activity generated by your advocates, including mission completions, social shares, reviews, or other contributions.
