📊 Evidence

New Integrations (Beta): Gong AI Briefer & Gong Engage, Gamma, and Nooks

We've expanded where and how you can put UserEvidence proof to work, from sales call prep to design-ready presentations and more. The following integrations are all in beta currently with some setup required — contact your CSM to get them configured!

  • Gong's AI Briefer & Engage: Help reps walk into calls prepared and stay aligned on next steps afterward. With this integration, UserEvidence content becomes part of that workflow, giving reps relevant proof points right where they're already prepping and following up on deals.

  • Gamma: Quickly turn your customer evidence into polished Gamma decks. Instead of manually rebuilding customer proof points into slides, you can pull directly from your UserEvidence asset library and generate a shareable presentation in minutes.

  • Nooks: We've built a new MCP connector for Nooks, so their AI agent can query UserEvidence assets directly. If your team uses Nooks for outbound sales, reps can surface customer proof without leaving their workflow.

🔥 Advocacy

Advocacy MCP (GA)

🤠 With the Advocacy MCP, your whole program lives inside Claude.

  • Find references without leaving your chat — describe who you need and Claude returns the best matches from your advocate pool

  • Report on program performance in seconds — get a full picture of new advocates, missions completed, and references fulfilled over time

  • Close evidence gaps before they cost you a deal — spot where proof is missing by persona or industry, then send a targeted mission to fill the gap

💡 Plus, cross-reference your advocacy data with other Claude connectors like HubSpot, Notion, Google Slides, and more to streamline GTM workflows.

Explore 5 ways to use the UserEvidence Advocacy MCP, or contact your CSM to set it up for your workspace!

Track how members join the program

Program admins couldn't see or act on how members entered the program. Now every member has a permanent record of their join method (like invite link, application form, or SSO), and you can create rules and segments based on it.

Configurable Sign-Up Rules

Approve, deny, or hold new advocate signups based on their email, SSO attributes, and integration data. Deny rules run first, then hold-for-review, then approve — the first match decides. Go to Settings -> Signup rules to configure.

Brand admins remove other admins themselves

Brand admins used to need to contact UserEvidence support every time they wanted to remove an admin from their hub. Now they can remove admins directly in Settings -> Team whenever they need to.

Reorganized Settings Page

The admin dashboard reorganized its settings into grouped tabs. The invite-a-teammate feature that used to live in the sidebar footer's collapsible "Team" box was relocated to its own settings tab.

📞 References

Move reference requests between stages

You can now drag a reference request from any stage to any other stage, including straight to Completed or Cancelled. When you skip stages, a pop-up warns you that downstream steps (like scheduling) won't run. This helps when you manage references outside our booking system and need to quickly update statuses.

See what's on your references board without leaving it

All the board's controls now sit in one place at the top. Pick how the board looks, choose what shows on each card, and see your numbers broken down right on the board. Your saved views now show as tabs, so you always know which one you're on.

Reference notes timeline

Reference managers used to lose context on references because notes got overwritten. Now you can add timestamped notes that appear chronologically with reference stage changes, so you see the full history of what happened.

Send reference requests to multiple advocates in order

You used to only be able to ask one advocate for a reference at a time. Now you can pick several advocates, rank them in order, review your choices, and send them as a backup queue so the next person is automatically asked if the first one doesn't respond.

Preview missions before publishing

Admins couldn't see what their missions looked like to advocates until after publishing. Now you can click preview to see exactly how your mission will appear without publishing it live.
