📊 Evidence
👩💻 Track exactly how your team and buyers engage with proof using the updated Content Performance Dashboard
The updated Content Performance Dashboard splits activity into who shared your proof and who views it. On the Overview tab, see:
Distribution = downloads, link copies, and content pulls from your team
Engagement = views from buyers on buyer-facing pages
Anon Distribution = covers actions from people we can't identify
You can follow activity over time, filter by channel (Slack, Salesforce, Evi, deal pages, and more), compare to the previous period, and click into your top 10 assets to see who shared them most and where.
A new Search & Discovery tab shows what people are looking for in your content, across Evi, library search, and connected AI tools like Claude. You get query volume, click-through rate, your most common searches, and the queries that came back empty, which is a quick way to spot gaps in your library.
For teams using Proof Recommender, the dashboard also tracks each recommendation from the rep who received it all the way to the buyer who opened it. Check the detailed help center article to learn more.
🎯 Proof Recommender: now with the "why" behind every pick
Getting a recommendation is helpful. Knowing why it was recommended is what makes a rep trust it enough to send it. Proof Recommender now shows the reason behind each asset it surfaces, so reps can see how it fits the deal before it goes in a follow-up.
Recommendations also got sharper: Gong deal matching now uses the CRM deal data that flows into Gong, so the proof it suggests reflects what's actually happening in the opportunity.
⚡️ To enable Proof Recommender for your account, please contact your CSM. You can also start with a handful of reps to test out the functionality before rolling it out broadly.
📄 Quickly create custom One Pagers for prospects
Need to send a prospect something quick and polished? Proof Recommender assets can go out as custom one pagers, and you can track who received them, who opened them, and who shared them in the Content Performance Dashboard.
Note: Tracking works for one pager links only, so files sent as attachments won't show up in the dashboard.
Improved recipients CSV import
Uploading a large list of recipients is now faster and more reliable. You no longer need to split your CSV into smaller files, and big uploads won't crash your browser.
Account admins can now delete users from their account
Go to Settings on the left navigation -> Users -> Delete, making it easy to update or manage access in one spot.
Set the "UE verified" date when importing testimonials
When importing testimonials by CSV (Asset Library → Import Assets → Testimonial spreadsheet, or Import Testimonials on the admin account page), add a column named 'Verified Date'. Each testimonial will then show that date as "UE verified" instead of the import date.
Format: YYYY-MM-DD (e.g. 2023-03-15) or M/D/YYYY (e.g. 3/15/2023). Day-first dates like 15/03/2023 aren't accepted.
Allowed range: 1900 through today. Future dates are rejected.
Blank cells: that testimonial gets the import date, same as before.
Bad dates: the import window flags them before anything is imported. Simply edit the CSV file and upload it again.
🔥 Advocacy
Log approved logo usage activity
Brand admins had no way to record when a customer approved logo usage, so those approvals weren't tracked. Now you can select "Approved Logo Usage" when logging an activity on a member.
How it works:
Go to Contacts and open a member's profile
Click Actions, then Add Activity
Under Activity Type, choose Approved Logo Usage
Add the date and a short note, then click Save Activity
Revamped Asset Library in UE Advocacy
Marketers had to dig through mission submissions to find usable proof like quotes and videos. Now there's one revamped library showing only approved content, searchable by type or description, with one-click publishing to your Evidence research library.
📞 References
Fill in the relevant details for each reference request stage change
Moving a reference request used to save silently, so details like the call date or who was selected were never captured. Now each stage asks for its own details when you move a request there, and you choose whether anyone gets an email. This covers Requested, Awaiting Advocate, Awaiting Prospect, Call Booked, and Completed.
How to use it:
Go to References and click a request to open it
Click the status under the request name and choose the new stage
Fill in what that stage asks for, then confirm
Set the actual date when a request is completed
Moving a request to Completed used to stamp today's date, even if the call happened last week. That threw off days-to-close, so some finished requests were left in the wrong column. Now you're asked when the call happened. It defaults to today and you can backdate it.
Edit any detail on a reference request
When a rep picked the wrong business unit or a deal detail changed after submission, the only fix was to recreate the request. Now you can correct the deal name, due date, notes, requester, and any custom field right in the request. Changes save in place and show up in the request's activity.

Direct message members from profile
You used to have to go to a different tab to message someone. Now you can send them a message right from their profile using the menu.
Go to Contacts and open a member profile -> under Actions, click Message and send from there.
Email members about unread direct messages
Members weren't getting notified when someone sent them a direct message, so they'd miss important outreach. Now they'll get one email when they receive a message they haven't read yet.
