📊 Evidence

Available for customers with Evidence

  • Your best customer quotes — from surveys and Gong calls — are now automatically scored, ranked, and surfaced in one place. Review, request approval, and publish without any manual hunting.

    • AI Testimonial Recommendations from Surveys — upgraded scoring engine ranks existing survey responses on specificity, emotional language, and outcomes so you always know which quotes are worth publishing

    • Gong Quote Extraction — automatically pulls quotes from Gong call transcripts, scores them using the same logic, and routes them through an approval workflow before publishing. Note: Requires Gong integration for call transcript extraction; manual transcript upload still available as a fallback.

  • Add conversational AI questions to surveys that dynamically adapt to respondent answers in real-time. Respondents can also answer any survey question using voice-to-text — making it faster and easier to collect rich, detailed feedback, especially on mobile.

  • Note: Request New Asset is visible for those with the “Viewer” role.

Sales reps can now request missing content directly from the Asset Library, Research Library, or Slack (without ever leaving their workflow). UserEvidence AI automatically scans existing survey responses and Gong quotes for matching evidence and surfaces it as a ready-to-publish recommendation in the marketer's Inbox — closing the loop between what sales needs and what marketing publishes.

  • New Integrations: Highspot + Seismic

Your UserEvidence assets can now sync directly to Highspot and Seismic — so your sales team always has the latest customer proof right where they work.

    With both integrations you can:

    • Auto-sync new and existing assets using custom criteria (tags, classifiers, visibility)

    • Classifier and tag metadata is automatically sent with every asset — making your content searchable and filterable inside Highspot and Seismic

    • Send testimonials in your custom themes

    • Keep assets up to date — edits in UE automatically re-sync

  • Custom Classifiers as Filters in Research Library

Display your custom classifiers as filters in your public Research Library. Toggle them on in Account → Classifiers — up to 3 custom classifiers can be shown at a time alongside the default core classifiers.

🔥 Advocacy

Available for customers with UserEvidence Advocacy

  • Manual Engagements

Log advocacy activity that happens outside the platform — calls, Slack messages, emails, in-person conversations — so your advocacy data stays complete. Especially useful for engagements with executive-level personas.

  • Auth-Protected Engagements

An authentication code is now required on all standalone engagement links before submission, adding a layer of security to the campaign experience.

  • Dynamic Segment Targeting & Segment Auto-Lock

Engagements can now be triggered automatically based on changing segments. The ability to "auto-lock" segments ensures your audience lists remain consistent during active campaigns.

  • Pre-Populate Integration Field Mappings

When setting up an integration, your previously configured field mappings (e.g. Salesforce Contact, Opportunity, Account fields) are pre-filled — so you're not starting from scratch.

  • Scheduled Engagement Status

Added a new status indicator to help you track and manage your scheduled community outreach.

🌐 Community

  • Advanced Channel Search

Search for posts, replies, and people within specific channels - making it easier to find relevant discussions in large communities. Note: Global search across the entire community is coming soon!

  • Post Subscriptions

Users can subscribe to specific community posts to stay notified of the latest discussions.

  • Bevy & oEmbed Support

Full integration support for Bevy Community and expanded oEmbed platform compatibility.
