Reps can flag missing proof content from wherever they're already working, and AI scans your collected survey responses and Gong quotes to surface relevant evidence as a ready-to-publish recommendation. Marketers get a direct signal of what gaps exist, with AI doing the heavy lifting to fill them.
For Sales Reps: Requesting Missing Proof
If you search for content and can't find what you need, you can submit a request directly from:
Asset Library
Research Library
Slack (via the UserEvidence Slack integration)
Describe the proof you're looking for — the type of customer, use case, or outcome you need evidence for — and submit. UserEvidence takes it from there.
If your email is linked to a UserEvidence account, you'll receive an email notification once a marketer publishes content that fulfills your request.
For Marketers: Reviewing and Publishing Recommendations
When a rep submits a request, UserEvidence AI automatically scans your collected, but unpublished, survey responses and Gong quotes for matching evidence.
If relevant evidence is found, it surfaces as a recommendation in your Inbox and you'll receive an email notification to review and publish.
If no evidence is found, you'll still receive an email summarizing what was requested so you can decide whether to pursue additional feedback collection.
All requests are tracked on the backend, giving you a running signal of what proof gaps exist across your team's deals.
Note: All Editor users will receive email notifications when a new asset request is submitted. The request CTA in the Asset Library is only visible to viewers — editors and admins won't see it.
