Manage email campaigns in Survey Share Settings
Schedule a send time, preview and edit email content, and manage recipients in Survey → Share Settings → Email Campaigns. If you need to make a change, simply edit the content, adjust recipients, reschedule, or cancel any time before the send starts.
Once published, you’ll get a confirmation summary showing how many recipients received it and can easily track the status of each email (Scheduled, Sending, or Sent).
Ability to edit surveys while in progress
You no longer have to take a live survey offline to change it. Add questions, reorder them, add answer options, and adjust branching logic while your survey is still collecting — your survey link stays live the whole time. Edits that would alter or remove answers people have already submitted stay locked, so your existing data is never at risk.
Edit testimonial sources and format survey descriptions with rich text
You can now add or edit the source on manually created testimonials, and add rich text formatting to survey descriptions to make them clearer and more polished.
🔥 Advocacy
New AI-Powered Rules Engine (Beta)
Describe what segments you want to create in plain English and AI will create the rules for you including AND/OR, grouping & more.
Easily toggle between modules
UserEvidence Admins can now switch between Advocacy and Evidence with one click, no need to open a new tab.
Account banned message includes admin contact

📞 References
Multiple references on one opportunity
Previously, there was only a way to request one reference per opportunity. Now you can request multiple types of references and then see the associated 'Domino's Pizza' style trackers on the opportunity as well.
Reference activity timeline shows history
Reference managers couldn't easily see when requests were sent, accepted, or scheduled—they had to check Slack or Salesforce. Now, you can open any reference and see a complete timeline of everything that happened.
Assign owners to reference requests
Previously, assigning owners to reference requests was difficult, making it hard to know who manages what. Now you can assign owners and create views so each owner can see their assigned tasks. Simply click into a reference from the Kanban view -> Assign owner.
Custom views for reference management
Build your own custom views to manage references. Filter and sort however you need — by stage, by owner, by deal size. Each teammate can set up a queue that matches their personal workflow, and different teams can slice the same reference pool in different ways.
Add a manual reference
Now you can manually create, assign, and log completed references (ex: an external reference or on-site reference done outside the normal process) in the kanban board.
Drag references between kanban columns
Reference admins couldn't manually move cards when a reference got stuck or progressed offline. Now you can drag cards between columns to update their status, with built-in safety checks to prevent invalid moves.
Filter contacts by reference opt-in status
Previously, you couldn't easily see which contacts had agreed to be references. Now you can filter the Contacts table and build Segments by reference opt-in status (Yes, No, or None).
CC multiple people on reference emails
CC multiple people at once on automated reference emails (e.g., account owner, customer success manager, etc.) with the ability to add a static team email address.
🌐 Community
Filter and sort community discussions
Now community members can sort discussions by newest, oldest, most liked, and trending to find the most relevant conversations.
Easily track level-up and badge notifications
When advocates earned levels, badges, or rewards, the popup would disappear if they dismissed it and they had no way to find it again. Now these achievements show up in the notification bell so advocates can always see what they earned.
Notification emails show comments and activity
Notification emails now include comments and activities so you can see what happened in the community without clicking through.
