Here's everything new in June

🔥 Advocacy

Upload advocates directly into segments

Previously, admins had to import advocates and then manually add them to segments in separate steps. Now you can upload a CSV file and assign those advocates to a specific segment all at once.

Target inactive members with segments

Admins couldn't segment members based on how long they've been inactive. Now you can create a segment for members inactive 30+ days and send them re-engagement messages.

Require approval to enter Hub

For brands running closed programs, it wasn’t possible to require approval before someone accessed the hub—anyone with a shared link could enter. Now admins can enable approval requirements so only approved members have access.

File uploads in survey missions

Advocates can now attach files and media like images, videos, and PDFs directly to survey questions instead of just typing text. Brand admins see previews of the uploaded files when reviewing responses.

📞 References

Reference Opt-in field for advocates

Now there's a built-in reference opt-in field on every advocate profile that you can filter by and use to track who's willing to be a reference.

Reference search: control non-opted-in advocates

Added brand-level setting (default OFF) to hide/show advocates who haven't opted in to references in the "All Other Advocates" table.

Show decline URL in reference request emails

The decline URL variable works in reference request emails but wasn't showing up in the variable picker, so admins couldn't find it. Now it appears in the list of available variables.

Organize reference matching prompts in blocks

Your reference matching prompt was hard to edit and reorder as one giant block. Now you can split it into smaller pieces, drag them to set priority, and remove what you don't need.

Scheduling links now surface in the Kanban board

Scheduling links now surface in the Kanban board view for advocates and prospects.

🌐 Community

Members can like comments in discussions

Community members could only react to main posts, not individual replies, making it hard to acknowledge helpful comments. Now you can like and react to any comment in a thread just like you do with posts.

Forum space links remember selected tab

When you shared a link to a forum space, it always opened on the Discussion Posts tab instead of the tab you were viewing. Now the URL saves which tab you're on, so your links go exactly where you want.
