Overview of the Responses Tab

The Responses tab (previously called Explore Responses) has been updated for easier navigation and improved usability. It now includes the following sections:

Recommended

When you click into a survey, you'll land on the Recommended tab. This section highlights content suggestions that may be suitable for publishing. Content is divided into two categories:

Testimonials

  • Up to five recommended testimonials are shown at a time

  • Recommendations update automatically as you publish or dismiss items

  • Suggested testimonials are based on:

    • Positive sentiment

    • Promoter NPS

    • Named attribution

  • Testimonials that meet all three criteria are prioritized

  • Already-published testimonials are not shown

  • In case of ties, newer responses are prioritized

Charts & Stats

  • Suggested when:

    • The question does not already have a stat or chart

    • The question has at least five responses

Respondents

The Respondents tab replaces the previous Testimonials and Participants tabs. Each row represents a single survey respondent.

  1. Click the expand icon to view that respondent’s testimonial responses

  2. Use Expand All to open all testimonials in the list

  3. The filter panel now appears on the left side of the page

  4. You can filter responses by classifiers, response content, and other criteria
