How to Create Bar Charts and Stats

Stats are quantitative results (percentages, numbers, charts) to help measure impact.

Creating a Bar Chart

  1. Access the Responses tab and select the survey you'd like to work with.

  2. Under the Questions tab, locate and select the Multiple Choice question you'd like to visualize.
    – A preview of the chart will appear.

  3. Click Create Asset to generate the chart.

  4. (Optional) Customize your chart:

    • Filter by industry, company size, seniority, role, custom attribute, or cross-tab with another question.

    • Toggle question visibility or enter a title.

    • Choose ascending or descending order.

    • Apply relevant tags.

  5. When you're ready, click Publish to Library to save and share your chart.

Creating a Stat

  1. Access the Explore Responses tab and select the survey you'd like to work with.

  2. Under the Questions tab, locate and select the Multiple Choice or Slider question you'd like to visualize.
    – A preview of the stats will appear.

  3. Click Create Asset to generate the stat.

  4. (Optional) Customize your stat:

    • Filter by industry, company size, seniority, role, custom attribute, or cross-tab with another question.

    • Edit the metric variables and description text

    • For distribution stats, drag the purple bar (to the right of the response table) to set the percentage you want to feature in your asset.

    • Apply relevant tags.

  5. When you're ready, click Publish to Library to save and share your stat.


Stats include distribution

and average forms.
