Creating a Customer Sentiment Stat
Access the Responses tab and select the survey you'd like to work with.
Under the Questions tab, locate and select the NPS question to visualize it.
– A preview of NPS, percent recommending, star rating, and average will appear.Click Create Asset to generate the stat.
(Optional) Customize your stat:
Filter by industry, company size, seniority, role, custom attribute, or cross-tab with another question.
Edit the metric variables and description text
Apply relevant tags.
When you're ready, click Publish to Library to save and share your stat.
