How to Create Customer Sentiment Stats

Creating a Customer Sentiment Stat

  1. Access the Responses tab and select the survey you'd like to work with.

  2. Under the Questions tab, locate and select the NPS question to visualize it.
    – A preview of NPS, percent recommending, star rating, and average will appear.

  3. Click Create Asset to generate the stat.

  4. (Optional) Customize your stat:

    • Filter by industry, company size, seniority, role, custom attribute, or cross-tab with another question.

    • Edit the metric variables and description text

    • Apply relevant tags.

  5. When you're ready, click Publish to Library to save and share your stat.
