Sending Emails to Survey Recipients
Click Email New Recipients in the top-right corner after uploading your recipients to the survey.
A pop-up will appear displaying the default text for our recommended 3-touch email approach.
Switch Between Emails:
Use the email tabs at the top of the pop-up to toggle between messages.
To add additional emails, click the plus sign (+).
To remove an email, click Delete this email near the bottom-left corner.
Edit Email Copy:
Make sure to toggle on Remember my changes on this device at the bottom-left corner. This ensures your updates are saved, even if you log out, before scheduling the emails.
TIP: All UserEvidence surveys include a default incentive: respondents are automatically entered into a drawing for a $500 gift card (fulfilled by UserEvidence). If you prefer a different incentive, you can edit the email copy to reflect your own rewards program.
Preview Emails:
Enter one or more email addresses and click Preview at the bottom-right corner of the pop-up to preview the email.
To send previews to multiple recipients, separate each email address with a comma.
TIP: This will preview only the survey email, not the survey itself.
Once you're satisfied with the email content, click Schedule Email(s) in the bottom-right corner to send them at your chosen time.
Once your emails are scheduled, no further changes can be made. Please confirm the copy, send date, and time with your Customer Success Manager in advance to ensure accuracy.
