How to Email Surveys from UserEvidence

Schedule, edit, and send survey emails.

Sending Emails to Survey Recipients

  1. Access the Surveys tab and select the survey you're working on.

  2. Click the Share Settings tab.

  3. Select the dropdown caret next to Emails to edit default email copy. To add a new email, click + Add Email in the bottom-left corner of the email editor. To delete an email, hover over the top-right corner of the email and click the Trash Icon that appears.


    TIP: All UserEvidence surveys include a default incentive: respondents are automatically entered into a drawing for a $500 gift card (fulfilled by UserEvidence). If you prefer a different incentive, you can edit the email copy to reflect your own rewards program.

  4. To preview the survey as a recipient would see it, click the Eye Icon in the top-right corner of the survey editor.

  5. Once you’re satisfied with your survey questions, email copy, and recipient list, click Publish Survey in the top-right corner of the survey editor to schedule your emails.

  6. Once you’ve confirmed your dates and times, click Confirm Campaign Schedule.

Please confirm the copy, send date, and time with your Customer Success Manager in advance to ensure accuracy.
