Add recipients to surveys individually or in bulk.

Adding Recipients to Surveys

  1. Access the Surveys tab and select the survey you're working on.

  2. Click Add Recipients in the top-right corner.

  3. Choose one of the following options:

    • Add Recipient: Manually add contacts one at a time.

    • Upload CSV: Upload a list of recipients in bulk with this template.

      • File must be in CSV format

      • Required fields: Email, First Name and Last Name.

      • Optional fields: Title, Company Name, Industry, and Company Size

      • Custom Tags (Column H): Assign flexible tags for filtering (e.g., by product type). Multiple tags can be separated by commas.

  4. Match each column in your file to the appropriate template field. When everything looks correct, select Validate & Continue.


    TIP: The app will auto-match based on your header row. If a field doesn’t match, select the correct one from the dropdown menu. A data preview will appear on the right to assist with matching.

  5. Errors in your uploaded CSV will be shown. Fix any issues and re-upload, or click Confirm & Import if everything is correct.

    TIP: If there are errors, visit the Error tab to resolve issues with records that couldn't be imported. Common reasons for errors include:

    • Email, First Name, or Last Name is missing for the recipient.

    • The recipient's mail server is temporarily down.

    • The recipient’s anti-spam system is blocking the request.
