Sync Personalized Survey Links with HubSpot
Instead of sending a generic survey link, the integration automatically generates a unique link for each survey recipient, prefilled with their details, such as Name and Company, so respondents can skip unnecessary steps and start answering questions right away. This creates a smoother, faster survey experience and reduces friction for recipients.
These personalized links are great for sending surveys around key moments, like a Closed Won or Lost deal, new customer onboarding, or just before a renewal, so feedback is collected when it’s most relevant. By removing unnecessary steps for respondents, these links help increase completions and give you timely, accurate feedback you can act on.
What You’ll Need
Your survey created in UserEvidence.
A HubSpot Segment (formerly HubSpot List) pre-configured with your recipients.
A URL custom field added to your HubSpot Contact object.
Note: Ensure the URL custom field is labeled "UE Survey Link"
Contact your Customer Success Manager to schedule an integration setup call after creating the survey and URL custom field. Make sure someone with HubSpot admin access can join the call.
During the call, we’ll establish and test the integration connection.
Once the integration is in place, you can use the custom URL field as the destination for a link or CTA in your survey email.
