Overview
With the Slack Survey Notifications integration, your team can track UserEvidence survey submissions in real-time. Once live, survey notifications can be sent to:
One dedicated Slack channel for all submissions, or
Multiple Slack channels, with each channel mapped to a specific survey (depending on your preference).
Each notification includes:
Respondent’s name and email
Survey name
NPS score (if included in the survey)
Reference activities
A link to the full response (no UserEvidence login required)
Setup Requirements
Because this integration is powered by Workato, setup requires a 30-minute call with our team and your organization’s Slack admin.
Before the call, please ensure:
A dedicated Slack channel (or multiple channels, depending on your preference) has been created. Share the names of these channels with us during the call so we can map them correctly.
Your surveys are created in UserEvidence, and their names are available to share so we can map them to the appropriate Slack channel(s).
What to Expect During the Call
We’ll walk your Slack admin through the authentication process to connect Slack with the UserEvidence integration.
Our team will then map your chosen surveys to their corresponding Slack channel(s).
We’ll test the integration together to confirm everything is working.
