Connecting Slack with UserEvidence
Access the Account Settings menu by clicking your initials in the top-right corner of the screen and selecting Account from the dropdown.
Click the Slack tab, then choose Connect Your Account to Slack.
– You’ll be redirected to Slack.
TIP: Only one user per UserEvidence account needs to complete this for the Slack integration to work.
When redirected to Slack, click Allow to complete your team’s integration with UserEvidence.
Searching for Assets from a Channel or Direct Message
In any Slack channel or direct message, type
/userevidence searchand press Enter.
– A search modal will appear.Use the filters to narrow your search by:
Keyword
Tags
Industry
Company Size
Seniority
Recipient Role
Review the search results and click Details to see full information about an asset.
From the asset details, you have two options:
View in UserEvidence App: Open the asset directly in the Research Library.
Share in Slack: Select a conversation and click Share to send the asset as a message in a Slack channel or direct message.
