We use Workato, a cloud-based integration platform, to securely build and manage our integrations. As part of this process, we create a private Workato workspace just for your company. Before your scheduled integration setup call, we’ll invite your system admin (e.g., for Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Highspot, Seismic, etc.) to join this workspace.

Before the Call

Your system admin will receive an email from [email protected] with the subject line: “Invitation to join UserEvidence workspace.”

  • TIP: If the email doesn’t appear in their inbox, please check the spam or junk folder.

Accepting the Invitation

  1. Open the email and click “View Invitation.” This will redirect your admin to Workato’s site, where they can create a password to activate their profile.

  2. After setting a password and signing in, they’ll land in a workspace titled “[First Name]’s Workspace.”

  3. To access your company’s private workspace:

    • Click on “[First Name]’s Workspace” in the top-left corner.

    • Select your company’s workspace from the dropdown menu.

Connecting Your Systems

  1. Once in your company’s workspace, select “Connections” from the left sidebar.

  2. You’ll see connection options for the systems we’ll be integrating (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

  3. Click the system you'd like to connect, then select “Connect.”

  4. Your admin will be redirected to sign into that system and authorize the connection.

What Happens Next

Once the connection is successfully authenticated, our team will:

  • Complete the integration recipe mapping,

  • Test the connection,

  • And then activate the integration.

You’ll be kept informed at each step of the process. If you have any questions before or after your setup call, please feel free to reach out to your Customer Success Manager!
