Survey Invitation Email

The first email sent to recipients, inviting them to participate in your survey. The 24–48 hour timeline mentioned aligns with our recommended 3-touch email sequence over a 10-day period. That said, you're welcome to adjust the messaging and timing to better fit your audience or campaign goals.

First Reminder Email

This email is sent to recipients who haven’t responded to the initial survey invitation. It serves as a polite nudge to encourage participation, typically sent a couple of days after the first invite. You can customize the content and timing to best engage your audience.

Final Reminder Email

This is the last email sent to survey recipients who haven’t yet responded. Its purpose is to gently encourage participation before the survey closes. Like the other templates, you can tailor the message and timing to fit your campaign’s tone and schedule.
