Syncing approved assets from UserEvidence to Highspot.

How to Set Up Asset Syncing

  1. Contact your Customer Success Manager to book a 30-minute integration setup call. Make sure a Highspot admin is available.

  2. Have the following ready for the call:

    • API Key and Secret from Highspot (Note: The user generating these must be a Co-Owner of the spot where UserEvidence assets will sync.)

    • Base URL from Highspot

    • Spot Name from Highspot

  3. Optional – complete these steps before the call to map your Classifier values to Highspot Lists:

    • Finalize asset classification in UserEvidence

    • Confirm corresponding Lists are active in Highspot

    • Provide the List IDs for each List to organize assets (Note: Lists correspond to values of Classifiers, not the Classifiers themselves. For example, if your tags include Business Services, EMEA, Growth, Procurement, and Corp, provide the List IDs for these values. The integration will handle the mapping automatically.)

  4. During the call, our product team will guide your Highspot admin through the connection (about 5 minutes), then finalize and test the sync.

Only assets marked as "Public" in your UserEvidence account will sync.

How UserEvidence Content Assets Appear in Highspot

All UserEvidence assets are synced to a dedicated spot in Highspot.

  • Overview of Assets: A collection of all synced assets in one spot.

  • Detailed View: A closer look at an individual asset.

Changes made to assets in UserEvidence after syncing to Highspot will not be reflected in Highspot. Similarly, deleting an asset from Highspot will not remove it from UserEvidence.
