The TrustRadius integration automatically converts these reviews into testimonial assets. Here's how it works:

Automatic Sync: TrustRadius reviews (both existing and new) are synced into UserEvidence and converted into testimonial assets.
Customizable Criteria: Sync reviews based on your preferred criteria, such as a minimum star rating and a specified start date, or include reviews from all time.
Automatic Updates: New TrustRadius reviews that meet your criteria are added daily, with no manual effort required.
Automatic Tagging: All imported TrustRadius reviews are tagged as "TrustRadius Reviews" by default, and you can organize them by product if you're importing reviews from multiple product lines.
The TrustRadius integration is available to paid TrustRadius customers. You may need to upgrade to a paid TrustRadius account to access all features.
How to Set Up TrustRadius Review Syncing
To start syncing TrustRadius reviews, please provide your Customer Success Manager with the following information:
โAPI Key from TrustRadius: Required to make the connection between TrustRadius and UserEvidence.
Product ID from TrustRadius: ID of the product line you want to sync reviews from.
Rating Threshold: Minimum rating for reviews to sync.
Start Date: The date to pull reviews from (or select all time).
Tagging Preferences: Specify any custom tag requests.
Please allow 3-5 business days for the integration to complete and for TrustRadius reviews to appear in your UserEvidence account.
