Keep Your UserEvidence Account Updated with G2 Reviews

The G2 integration automatically converts these reviews into testimonial assets. Here's how it works:

  • Automatic Sync: G2 reviews (both existing and new) are synced into UserEvidence and converted into testimonial assets.

  • Customizable Criteria: Sync reviews based on your preferred criteria, such as a minimum star rating and a specified start date, or include reviews from all time.

  • Automatic Updates: New G2 reviews that meet your criteria are added daily, with no manual effort required.

  • Automatic Tagging: All imported G2 reviews are tagged as "G2 Reviews" by default, and you can organize them by product if you're importing reviews from multiple product lines.

The G2 integration is available to paid G2 Review Growth customers. You may need to upgrade to a paid G2 account to access all features.

How to Set Up G2 Review Syncing

  1. To start syncing G2 reviews, please provide your Customer Success Manager with the following information:

    • G2 Product Line: Name of the product line you want to sync reviews from.

    • Star Rating Threshold: Minimum star rating for reviews to sync.

    • Start Date: The date to pull reviews from (or select all time).

    • Tagging Preferences: Specify any custom tag requests.

  2. Once we have this information, we’ll work directly with G2 to obtain the necessary token/endpoint to pull reviews. Please allow 3-5 business days for the integration to complete and for G2 reviews to appear in your UserEvidence account.
