UserEvidence integrates with Gong to achieve the same results without manually uploading call transcripts. To learn more, click here.

Uploading Call Transcripts

  1. Access the Assets tab at the top of the screen.

  2. Click Import Assets in the upper-right and select Transcript Analysis from the dropdown.

  3. Select File Upload, then drag in or choose your .txt file.

  4. Select the analysis type—Testimonials or Case Studies—then follow the steps below based on your choice.

Creating Testimonials from Call Transcripts

  1. To begin, select Testimonials during the import process. This will initiate the analysis of your uploaded call transcript.

TIP: Processing time varies depending on transcript length—it may take a few seconds to several minutes. Once the analysis is complete, the status will show Completed.

  2. Select a completed transcript row to view extracted quotes. When you find one you like, click Create Asset.

  3. Customize the testimonial as needed:

    • Edit the quote for clarity, brevity, or grammar.

    • Adjust the attribution data (e.g., name, title) if needed.

  4. When you're ready, click Publish to save and share your testimonial.

TIP: If speaker names and titles are included in the transcript, they’ll appear automatically—but these details may not always be available. Most quotes from transcripts haven’t been formally approved for full attribution, and UserEvidence doesn’t offer an approval workflow. As a best practice, we recommend getting speaker approval before publishing a named testimonial. Otherwise, keep it anonymous.

Creating Case Studies from Call Transcripts

  1. To begin, select Case Study during the import process. This will initiate the analysis of your uploaded call transcript.

TIP: Processing time varies depending on transcript length—it may take a few seconds to several minutes. Once the analysis is complete, the status will show Completed.

  2. The analysis formats the call transcript into three sections: The Challenge, The Solution, and The Results. Select Copy to Clipboard and paste the case study into a document editor to finalize edits and apply branding.

TIP: For case studies created from call transcripts, UserEvidence generates the copy but does not allow editing or publishing within the app.
