We use Workato, a secure cloud-based integration platform, to build and manage integrations. As part of the setup, we create a private Workato workspace dedicated to your company. Your Salesforce admin will be invited to this workspace to authenticate your Salesforce connection. Once that step is complete, our team will configure the integration on your behalf.
Prerequisite: you have received an email to join Workato from your CSM and created an account
Navigate to https://app.workato.com from our invite email.
Switch workspace to your company name
Click the Salesforce project folder.
Click the "Execute Quey" tab
Click "Execute Query BATCH"
On the recipe page, click the "Connections" tab
Finally, select the "Salesforce connection" option and click "Connect". This will prompt you to sign into Salesforce authorizing the connection.
