Configuring Email DNS & Sender Settings

Set up your sender email address, sender name, and DNS records to ensure emails sent from UserEvidence Advocacy are properly authenticated and delivered to recipients’ inboxes.

Setup Instructions

  1. Navigate to Settings → Customize

  2. In the Email Address field, enter the address you want emails to come from.

  3. In the Sender Name field, enter the name recipients will see.

  4. (Optional) Add a comma-separated list of preview recipient emails.

  5. Click Submit.

  6. Copy the DNS records table provided in the platform and send it to your IT team to add to your DNS records.

  7. Enter your Business Address (appears in the email footer).

  8. Add your Privacy Policy URL (appears in the footer).

  9. Click Save Changes.

After making updates, note that DNS changes may take up to 24–48 hours to fully propagate.
