Creating A Reference Request In Salesforce

  1. Navigate to your Salesforce Sales Console

  2. Click Show Navigation Menu

  3. Click Opportunities

  4. Choose an Opportunity
    โ€‹

  5. Click Request
    โ€‹

  6. Click the Deadline field and select when this is needed by

  7. Choose or enter the email of which contact from this opportunity you want on this reference call

  8. Enter any notes or queries in the Additional Notes field

  9. Choose which Slack channel to send this request to
    โ€‹

  10. That's it! The reference request will show up in the Slack channel for you or team to fulfill
