Previously, adding a batch of files to the Asset Library meant repeating the upload-and-tag process one file at a time. Now you can drop in an entire folder of assets, set the type, classifiers, and tags either per-file or across multiple files at once, and import everything in a single pass.
How to Use It
Go to Assets → Import Assets → Upload Files.
Drop in or select one or more files.
For each file, optionally rename it, set visibility, and select an asset type.
To add classifiers and tags to an individual file, click the Add classifiers and tags button at the end of its row to open the detail drawer.
To apply the same settings to multiple files at once, select those rows and edit in bulk — asset type, classifiers, and tags will apply to the entire selection.
Click Import Documents to finish.
Good to Know
Default visibility is Public. If you need any assets to be private, update the visibility setting per-file or via bulk edit before clicking Import.
File size limits: PDFs up to 30MB, images up to 10MB, all other file types up to 100MB.
You can mix and match — edit some files individually and apply bulk settings to others, all within the same import flow.
