You can now assign custom asset type names to imported files, so your Asset Library filters reflect the language your team actually uses.

What's New

When editing an imported file in UserEvidence, you can now assign it a custom asset type using the same terminology your organization uses โ€” "One-pager," "White paper," "Battle card," or anything else.

How to Use It

  1. Go to your Account Settings and add the custom asset type names your team uses.

  2. Open any imported file in the asset editor.

  3. Click the Type selector dropdown and select the custom type you created.

  4. Click Update Asset in Library. The asset will now appear in searches for that type.
