Creating a Case Study

  1. Access the Responses tab and select the survey you'd like to work with.

  2. Under the Testimonials or Participants tab, locate and select the respondent feedback you'd like to visualize.
    – A preview of their feedback will appear.

  3. Click Create Case Study to generate the case study.

  4. Customize your case study. See Case Study Settings and Inline Text Editing below for complete options.

  5. When you're ready, click Publish Asset to Library to save and share your case study.

Case Study Settings

  • Show or hide the company profile on the left side of the case study body.

  • If shown, you can:

    • Add a company logo and description.

    • Edit the default fields: industry, size, and country.

    • Click directly on text to change field labels and values.

    • Use your own labels if using custom classifiers for industry.

  • Choose a background using the color picker or enter a HEX code.

Editing Text Inline

You can edit the following directly within the case study template:

  • Title and description

  • The case study is pre-filled with:

    • Introduction

    • Outcome

    • Testimonials (all from this participant)

    • Statistics

    • Survey Snapshot (includes participant's survey questions and answers)

All pre-filled sections are editable and optional—delete anything that’s not relevant or use the up/down icons to reorder them. To add new sections, click Add Section and choose:

  • Text

  • Image

  • Video (paste a URL from YouTube or Vimeo)

  • Survey Snapshot (if not already included)

  • Key Statistics

  • Testimonials (only if previously removed)
