Navigating UserEvidence
We've updated how you move around UserEvidence. The four main sections you know are now in a left-hand side navigation instead of across the top, and you can see their sub-pages at a glance. You can also switch between our two products — Evidence and Advocacy — right from the nav.
What Changed
Previously, UserEvidence used a horizontal bar across the top with four tabs: Surveys, Responses, Assets, and Advocates.
Those same four sections now live in a side navigation on the left. The difference: expandable sections reveal their secondary pages inline, so you can jump straight to where you need to go without extra clicks.
The side navigation
Your main sections run down the left side of the screen:
Surveys
Responses - expands to show Recommendations, Surveys, Respondents, and Transcript Analysis
Assets - expands to show Asset Library, Content Performance, Research Library
Advocates
Click a section with a chevron (⌄) to expand or collapse its secondary pages. The page you're currently on is highlighted so you always know where you are. Your name and account appear at the bottom of the nav.
Switching between Evidence and Advocacy
At the top of the side nav you'll find a product dropdown. This is where you switch between our two products.
If your account has both Evidence and Advocacy, open the dropdown and select the product you want. The navigation updates to show that product's sections — it's a quick way to move between the two without logging out or changing accounts.
If your account has only one product, you'll still see the other in the dropdown. Selecting it opens a short message inviting you to get in touch with our team to learn more.
Enable Advocacy Integration
Get in touch with our sales team to enable Advocacy integration for your account.
From there you can choose Contact Sales to start a conversation, or Cancel to stay where you are.
