Use UserEvidence with AirOps

Connect your Evidence MCP to AirOps to bring in customer proof for your content workflows

What this integration does

AirOps connects to the Evidence MCP server, so verified customer proof from your UserEvidence library gets pulled into your articles while you write them in AirOps. There’s no digging through decks or messaging teammates for quotes, and no copying and pasting between tools.

Before you start

What you'll need:

  • An active UserEvidence account with published customer evidence

  • An AirOps account with access to Playbooks

Set it up

You only need to set this integration up in AirOps. Nothing needs to be configured in UserEvidence.

  1. Connect UserEvidence's MCP in AirOps. Add UserEvidence as an MCP connection and sign in with your UserEvidence credentials when prompted. This works similarly to MCP connectors in Claude. Once you've authorized the Evidence MCP, proceed to set up your AirOps Playbooks.

  2. Create an AirOps Playbook with evidence rules. Example uses for Playbooks include a blog refresh, creating new comparison articles, and more.

    1. Create a Playbook from scratch, from a template, or with AirOp's bulit-in AI assistant.

    2. Add instructions for your drafts, such as target keywords, how proof should be selected, and brand voice. AirOps checks every draft against these rules.

  3. Write, review, and publish. As AirOps drafts your article, it pulls matching proof from your UserEvidence library through the MCP server. Review the draft, edit as needed, and publish.

Verify the connection

Start a new article or workflow and confirm that customer stats or quotes appear in the draft. Edit your rules as needed from there.
