How to add your teammates to UserEvidence.

Adding Teammates

  1. Access the Account Settings menu by clicking your initials at the top-right corner of the screen and selecting Account from the dropdown.

  2. Click the Users tab and select Add New.

  3. Enter the teammate’s name and email address, and select their permissions from the Role dropdown.

Once you add your teammates, they will be sent an email with an invitation to join your account.

Permissions Explained

Sometimes you don't want your entire team to have access to everything within UserEvidence — that's why we've made it easy to give certain members of your team access to certain data and features in UserEvidence.

You can edit the permissions of a teammate in the Account Settings > Users > Edit section of your account. Here are the available permissions and what each allows you to do.

Can manage the entire workspace

Allows the user to create and send surveys, review responses, and create assets.

Viewer

Grants access to assets

Allows the user to search, view, and download assets only.

Removing Teammates

We plan to introduce a feature that will allow users to remove teammates from their account directly. In the meantime, if you need to remove a teammate, please contact your Customer Success Manager to make the request.
