Easily find relevant customer evidence in the Research Library by typing a question or selecting a predefined query.

How It Works

  1. Access the Research Library.

  2. Click into the search bar located in the header.

  3. Select Ask Evi.

  4. Choose one of the templated questions or type your own.

  5. If relevant customer evidence assets are available, a summary will appear in the left conversation panel, and assets will appear on the right side.

  6. To view an asset in full, select the blue UEID in the bottom-right corner of the asset. This will direct you to a dedicated screen where you can download the asset.
