How to Use It
Go to your Asset Library and click Create Asset → Testimonial.
Fill in the quote, attribution (person, company, and title), and any relevant classifiers.
Click Publish Asset to Library. The testimonial is immediately live and searchable.
Example Use Cases
A CSM hears a great quote on a customer call and adds it to UserEvidence before the call even ends.
A marketer spots a glowing LinkedIn comment and captures it before it gets buried.
A sales rep forwards a positive customer email — the CSM turns it into a published testimonial the same day.
Good to Know
Manually created testimonials behave exactly like imported ones — they're fully searchable and usable in Proof Pages, recommendations, and Slack.
Only the quote and attributed person are required. All other fields are optional.
This feature is designed for adding testimonials one at a time. If you have 50 or more testimonials to add at once, CSV import is still the recommended approach.
